About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes, requirements, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop, document, and communicate business requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly prioritized and delivered
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and feedback
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support business decisions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and solutions
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
• Experience in e-commerce or retail industries
• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing
• Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages
Requirements
Strong understanding of both business and technical processes and requirements.
Ability to identify, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and translate them into user stories, use cases, and other requirements artifacts.
Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating requirements gathering sessions.
Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, as well as project management methodologies.
Familiarity with data analysis, including data modeling and database design.
Understanding of web and mobile application development, software testing and QA, and project management tools and techniques.
Experience in writing functional and technical specifications, as well as use case scenarios and business process modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide feedback on software solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
